If you do not notice a difference in your animal after 60 days of consistently feeding our product or your pet experiences adverse allergic reactions, please return the product and we will refund the full purchase price of your order right away.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Exchanges: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are not 100% satisfied please contact Excel via email before returning the product. Please provide in your email information as to why you are returning and require a refund.
